Shipping Policy

Old Lahaina Rum strives to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed.  However, due to large order volumes, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.

Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

Orders are almost entirely by USPS. A physical address is required for shipment. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

Once your item(s) is in the shopping cart, all associated shipping and handling charges will be displayed. Once you click “Check Out Now”, you will not be charged any further charges.

Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.

We allow one re-ship per order. This means that we will re-ship an approved return once without additional shipping and handling charges.

Shipping in Multiple Packages

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with an item, please email us at support@oldlahaianrum.com with the following information:

  1. Your name, address where the item will be returned from and your daytime phone number
  2. Date of purchase (if possible)
  3. Item your are seeking to return and reason (unsatisfied, damaged, wrong size)
  4. Please indicate if you seek a refund or exchange
  5. Transaction number from your sales receipt (if possible)

We will issue an RMA number to reference for you to return the item(s) to us along with the original receipt within 30 days of delivery. All shipping costs for returns will be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise specified.  All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new, saleable condition for refund or credit.  If you receive a damaged or broken item, email us at support@oldlahaianrum.com as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or we will send you a new item (as you prefer).
